Working for a Fortune 500 company, I was excited to see that many of the points that Randy spoke about were in harmony with my learning for my work life. His message is about simple, but often missed truths: how we treat each other, what team is all about, and priorities.
Leadership, for Randy, is a shared experience. He did a great job providing thought provoking scenarios, responses and challenges. His professional experience comes through.
